Society is a Registered Society under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and is a non profit organization. The Society is managed by learned people drawn from academics, industry and business. The Chairman of the Society, Mr. Manish Gupta is an economics (Hons.) graduate from the prestigious Hansraj College of Delhi University and holds a degree in law. The Vice Chairman, Dr. Amit Gupta, has done his MBA from the well known Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and has completed his Ph.D from School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Likewise, the Treasurer of the Society Mr. Deepak Gupta holds a masters degree in management. The Society is keenly devoted to the cause of professional education.
The Society has set up its first educational institution named Jagan institute of Management Studies in a small residential campus. The first year’s intake was nearly 25 students. But the dedication and resolution of the leadership of that time was so strong that it even welcomed the students with the offer of “Learn First Pay Later”, in due course its PGDM programme was accorded AICTE approval. Over the last 20 years this Society has gradually set up various educational institutions whose chronological order is as follows:

- Jagannath Gupta Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur

- Jagannath University, NCR
In this manner the Society has achieved a complete integration in education offering opportunities to the students right from graduate level to Ph.D level.
In higher education the Society is providing educational services mainly in the areas of management, information technology, engineering, architecture, law, journalism and mass com etc. At present, the Society has a combined strength of more than 10000 students and more than 600 faculty members. All these educational institutions are duly approved and accredited by and affiliated to respective statutory bodies such as AICTE, UGC, AIU, NBA, State Governments, and the universities. These institutions are well known among all stakeholders for quality education, decent infrastructure, location and placements. These institutions are rated and ranked very high by various magazines, newspapers and industry associations.
The Society has never ignored its social responsibility towards the Society. It has always been discharging its responsibility right from its inception in various ways. This CSR initiative was formalized by setting up Jagan Nath Gupta Skill Development Centre (JSDC) - an initiative to enhance employability among the underprivileged youth of the Indian Society.
At the completion of its two decades of existence, the Society once again rededicates itself to the cause.

Selection Procedure
Final selection will be made on the basis of Academic Performance, CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT* Score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Prospectus and Application forms are available on the payment of Rs. 1000/-. Following are the modes of payment:
- Online - Applicants can make payment through Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking on the website i.e www.jimsindia.org
- Demand Draft - Applicants can also register online on the website i.e. www.jimsindia.org. All such forms must be supported by a Demand Draft in favour of Jagan Institute of Management Studies payable at Delhi.
- Cash - Application forms are available at Rohini (Delhi) Campus on payment of Rs. 1000/-.
You can opt for more than one program in the same application form with no additional cost.
